Dear Parents, 

Volunteers are the backbone of our swim team, and we need YOUR help for a successful season. Thank you to those who have signed up already to help at the meets! Remember each family needs to volunteer for a minimum of 3 swim meets during the season. 

Our first meet, our mock meet, is Tuesday, June 6. For this swim meet we need 35 parents to signup to assist with jobs. Please log in to Swimtopia today and sign-up to help. Thank you for your support!

Remember registration for the meet closes on Sunday evening, so please declare your swimmers in Swimtopia today! 

Volunteer Roles Still Needed: 

Announcer (a great way to learn all the kid's names and have a front-row seat at the meet) 

Clerk of Course (for someone interested in a more data entry and organization volunteer role) 

Kid Pushers (lining kids up before their races) 

Place Judges/Timers (a front-row seat at the meet) 

Recorders, Ribbon Writers, and Scorekeepers (For those who like to enter data, are organized, and prefer a more behind-the-scenes role)
