Good Afternoon Parents,

I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to touch base, while we are actively monitoring the weather for tomorrow I wanted to take the time to send a few meet reminders.

• Please remember all Barracudas Parents and Spectators are to park in the main clubhouse parking lot, this allows our visiting team to park in the lot closest to the pool.
• Absolutely no alcohol can be consumed during the meet. This includes on the pool deck as well as pool pavilion bar area. This is a TSA regulation and the team can be disqualified if alcohol is found at the meet. Please pass this information on to anyone that may be coming from the Golf Course or main Clubhouse as well.
• While the Barracudas runs under the Bentwinds umbrella it takes volunteers to make our meets successful. Each family is asked to contribute time during the meets. In addition, we would love to find another TSA Rep to assist our two current reps. If you have any questions about this role and how you can assist please reach out to Kim Hilt or Kirstin Marshall.
