Arbor Creek 6/27 - message from our hosts

"We look forward to hosting your team on Tuesday, June 27th.
Location and Parking Information: Our pool is located at 200 Commons Drive, Holly Springs (Directions)
Parking: Our parking lot will be reserved for your team’s families. We have a small lot. When the lot becomes full, you may park along Commons Drive and Arbor Creek Drive. Please be respectful of our neighbors and do not block driveways.
Facility:
We have limited seating; visitors are encouraged to bring additional chairs. We do not have a public water fountain (bottle filler); please bring adequate water with your team.
We have a 6 lane, 25-yard pool. We have lights and can swim past dusk if needed. Please note the Meet Admin/Starter areas have been combined. The Admin area listed in the image below if for your COACH + Stroke & Turn Judge.
Check-In:
Tables near our pool entrance for you to coordinate your volunteer/swimmer check-in.
All swimmers should have his/her "Athlete Number" written on each arm.
Warmups:
As the host team, we will warm up at 5:00 p.m. The pool will be available for your team to warm up at 5:30 p.m.
Pre-Meet Briefing:
There will be a pre-meet briefing promptly at 5:40 pm near the small storage shed/ping pong table on the pool deck. Kindly have all people officiating (i.e. S+T, timers, OOF, clerks, runners) at the meet in attendance at that time.
Start and Flow:
We will plan to play our National Anthem shortly before 6 p.m. and then start promptly at 6 p.m. with our medley races ( younger age groups will be called to the Clerks prior to National Anthem). Our announcer will announce the start of each heat and call groups of swimmers to the clerks of course. We DO NOT typically do dive overs
Concessions:
We offer concessions (cash and Venmo accepted) where swimmers and families will be able to purchase drinks and snacks (i.e. nachos, hot dogs, baked goods, chips).
Parent/Coach Relay:
We plan to close the event with a 100yd freestyle coach/parent relay (1 lap each person).
