Hello team!

It is swim meet night tonight!   Its been a busy weekend for everyone.   The opposing team just sent their email with pertinent information for tonights meet.  

Please let the coaches know of any last minute changes - heat sheets will be printed about 3pm.

Of utmost importance - volunteer jobs - swim meets cannot be run without our fabulous volunteers!   We need you!   Please review the list of jobs.....if there is an opening please be willing to step in and help.   Volunteers are as much a part of the team as our swimmers.   The jobs are not frightening or difficult.   Plus you are often able to see the races from some of the best spots on the deck.

As always, we will keep an eye on the weather but we all still must show up and be ready to swim.  If there are any weather alerts we will put them out via Swimtopia.

Swimmers
Visiting team warm-ups start at 5:30, the first event starts at 6:00. Please ensure that each swimmer's number is easily visible on their arm prior to the meet.

No Lighting

We do not have lights for the meet, so will need to finish the meet by about 9 pm or when it gets dark.

Timing/Scoring System
We use stopwatches/phones and paper & pencil to record times (which are entered in Meet Maestro during the meet as much as possible). We will print timing sheets and record & enter times for lanes 1/3/5 and ask that you do the same for lanes 2/4/6.

Parking
There are two parking lots and entry to the pool deck is on the side closest to the playground.

Pool Deck
Your team's home base for the evening is in the corner closest to the playground. We just got all new pool furniture but it is limited so we recommend families bring chairs.

Concessions
Our concession stand will be serving pizza, candy, chips, water, gatorade, and other snacks. There are water fountains as well to refill water bottles.
