Well folks,

We have officially called this weeks meet a draw.  It wasn't meant to be.   Last night their guards closed their pool and tonight - even with the virtual meet both locations had thunder and put the meet past the official time to call it.   Both TSAs agreed that there was no reason to try for a third time and agreed to call the meet a draw.  

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigated the weather and rules for the meet.

Next week we are back on schedule for our Tuesday night meet away at Garner.

Please be sure to declare your swimmer by Sunday.

****Please declare your availability for volunteer jobs for next week as well.  It is no small task for our fearless volunteer coordinator, Kelli,  to accomplish this for each week of meets.  Kelli has been working hard behind the scenes to make sure we have enough volunteers to man each meet this summer.  Swim meets cannot be successful without key positions and support positions being filled.   The jobs are not difficult and, often times, you get the best space on the deck to watch the swimmers.

The coaches announced an optional practice for tomorrow ~  4:30pm-5:30pm for the 7 and up swimmers.
