Good morning, Barracudas! 

We hope the first weeks of swim practice have gone well for your families and look forward to seeing you tomorrow evening at the Mock Meet.  I wanted to thank those of you who have gone ahead and signed up for various volunteer positions throughout the swim season. That really helps me when looking ahead and trying to fill vacancies as the meets approach. If you haven't already gone in Swimtopia to sign up for your positions and have the time, that would be most helpful. Some new families have signed up for the team since my initial email so if you aren't sure how/what to do on the volunteer front, just let me know! 

Looking at the Mock Meet tomorrow evening, we are still in need of two critical positions...an announcer and stroke & turn judge. If you have interest or availability to do the whole or half of the meet in either of those roles, please let me know or sign up!

The Mock Meet is a great opportunity to ask questions, shadow experienced volunteers, and determine what roles you may enjoy helping out with throughout the summer. Please seek me out tomorrow if you want to be paired up with someone to better learn a role for the season!
