Good Afternoon, 

Unfortunately, Coach John from RSA became under the weather today and will no longer be able to assist with practice tonight. We will look to reschedule this, possibly for next week. With that being said and due to very cold water temperatures we are going to run a modified schedule for tonight:

Reminder, this Saturday, May 31, we will have an optional practice:
Ages 7 & 8: 8:30-9:30 AM
Ages 6 & Under: 9-9:30 AM
9 and up: 9:30-10:30 AM

Thank you for your patience and understanding with the ever changing schedule. We are looking forward to next week and getting into the routine. With that being said, our Mock Meet is this coming Tuesday, June 3rd with a fun Black vs Blue match up. This meet will give swimmers, volunteers, coaches and parents an idea of how a meet is going to look.

We are also going to take a team photo before the Mock meet begins. Please have your swimmer there, with team suit and t-shirt on by 5:15 PM on Tuesday (t-shirts will be handed out tonight, Saturday and Monday at practice in addition to swim caps and suits if you have not already picked up). Warm-ups start at 5:30 PM.

For this meet and each meet going forward you need to declare your swimmer. To do this:

-Please log onto Swimtopia https://bentwindsbarracudas.swimtopia.com/login

-Once logged in, hover over the Meet and Events tab and click on Sign up Calendar

-Click on the green Meet Entry Button

-The next page will prompt you to sign up for a volunteer role. We encourage you to sign up to volunteer, as this is a team requirement to fulfill 3 credits during the season. The Mock Meet is a great opportunity to try out a new role with other volunteers there to assist.

-On that same page you will see your swimmer(s) listed. Please click the edit button at the bottom of the page.

-The next page will have your swimmer(s) listed with a drop down box beside each name. Please select either "Not attending this meet" or "Attending this meet".

-Click save. You have until Sunday at 12 PM to declare your swimmer. All swimmers that are undeclared will be assumed not attending and will not be included on the heat sheets to swim.
