Good Afternoon Barracudas!

We hope those of you on vacation are having a great time. For those of you joining us for the meet tonight please arrive to Brighton Forest by 5:15 PM. Please remember the following:

• If possible, put your swimmer's number on both arms and last name on back shoulder. 
• Their parking is very limited and deck space is small. Please carpool if possible and bring a chair. 
• They do not allow canopy tents. Please make sure your child is wearing sunscreen and has a water bottle.
• Both teams have smaller entries for the meet this evening so it should go fairly quickly and smooth. 
• Their concessions are cash only.

Please also note the practice schedule for tomorrow. We will not being having practice on Thursday due to the amount of families and coaches out of town. 

• Wednesday, July 2:
  • Ages 9 & Up: 4:30–5:30 PM
  • Ages 8 & Under: 5:30–6:30 PM

Pool location: Pool is located at the front of our neighborhood; 2625 Brighton Forest Drive, Apex, NC 27539. Their pool is 25 yards, 6 lanes. They have starting blocks and lights.

Parking: They have VERY limited parking and VERY narrow streets. We highly encourage carpooling as much as possible please. Limited parking will be available in the pool parking lot, dirt/grass lot next to the pool parking lot, around the outer perimeter of the traffic circle on Brighton Forest and then on the streets off of the traffic circle. Please be respectful of folks' lawns and stay off their grass, but park as close to the edge of the road as possible and only park on the right side of the street. (Parking during swim meets is our neighborhood’s biggest concern with the swim team regarding folks accidentally parking on neighbor’s grass during swim meets, so please encourage your team to help us remain in good standing with our neighborhood.) Set-up on the Deck: Our team will set up on the Right Side of the deck as you enter the pool near the Slide. Feel free to bring chairs as space permits. Unfortunately, at this time we are not allowed to have tailgate tents/canopies on the pool deck.

Concessions:They will have pizza, Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, chips, candy, soda and water for sale. Cash only.

Meet Agenda: Bentwinds Warm-ups: 5:30-5:55 PM- Please arrive by 5:15 PM.
Volunteers/Timers meeting: 5:45 near the breezeway
Meet start: 6 PM
