Support Brighton Forest Community
For those who have not heard, we are saddened to share a request from TSA regarding a TSA representative, swimmer, and the Brighton Forest Swim Team community. Brighton Forest was a gracious host to us this past summer and is just down the road. If you feel compelled to help, please see the information below.
As you may have seen in the news over the past few days, Jennifer Stehle was involved in devastating boating accident over the weekend that left her severely injured and in critical condition, and the incident also ended in the loss of a family and swim team friend, 10 year old Brooklyn Mae Carroll, a 5th grader at West Lake. As one can imagine, the community is reeling from this devastating event as they try to make sense of this tragedy.
The community is rallying around the families to provide as much logistical and emotional support as they can and have also organized Gofundme pages to help ease the financial burden that both families will have to endure as they navigate the next several months, and difficult years ahead.
Jennifer will have to endure multiple surgeries, procedures, weeks in the hospital, and ongoing rehab care. Donations will help to offset some of these medical bills, lost time at work, and meals for the family.

Donations for Brooklyn's family will assist with funeral costs, meals, and lost time at work during this incredibly difficult time for her family. A scholarship fund has also been created in her name to help support aspiring veterinarian students in the community as she had a strong passion for animals.
