Practice times are now live & start Monday May 18th. Times can be found on our Swimtopia website under the Meets & Events tab as well as on the Bentwinds website under the 'Pool' page.

If you have not yet ordered your swimsuit please do so! The swimsuit store is Keifer Aquatics in Cary & the online store is linked here. You can have it shipped directly to your house, or if you do store pick up, I would be happy to do a pick up for you.

Our Coaches for this season are as follows: Head Coach Lily, Assistant Coach Murray, Coach Sydney, & Coach Haley. More information as well as contact information can be found under 'Coaches' on the Home Page on Swimtopia.
